Why I'm Partnering with The Dinner Table Doc

The Dinner Table Doc is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that focuses on fostering leadership, self-identity, and wellness among young women of color aged 10-18 through events in New York City and virtually. As a Board member and secretary of this exceptional organization, and as a Nigerian-American woman and a mother to a 4-year-old daughter, I am passionately committed to empowering young Black and Brown girls. Their mission deeply resonates with me.

My early personal and career development were profoundly shaped by the influences of Black women. This journey began with my mom and older sister and continued through mentors in after-school high school activities and college organizations. These women taught me leadership, self-confidence, professionalism, etiquette, and more, which helped me evolve into the woman I am today.

Through my work with She Leads Beautifully, I help women in a new life season transition to their next dream jobs by leveraging their networks. By aligning my business with this exceptional nonprofit, I am dedicated to supporting their transformative work and ensuring these young women of color have every opportunity to realize their full potential.

Career Strategy Power Hour - $250

Use this one-hour Zoom call for personalized strategy and coaching focused on helping you make a career transition this year. You'll gain clarity on your immediate career challenges and receive actionable strategies to overcome them, enabling a smoother and more confident transition to your next dream role. During your session, we can cover topics such as:

  • Career clarity

  • Networking and relationship-building

  • Personal branding and visibility

  • Job search strategy

  • Interview preparation, and more!

LinkedIn Strategy Audit - $100

Send your LinkedIn profile URL for a comprehensive, recorded video audit. I will review your profile and provide detailed feedback based on your career goals. In addition, I will share detailed recommendations on leveraging LinkedIn as a powerful tool for your career transition, expanding your network, and increasing your visibility to potential employers. You’ll also receive a copy of my LinkedIn Conversation Starters guide.

All proceeds of this fundraiser will go directly to The Dinner Table Doc.

Get Started in 3 Simple Steps

  1. Donate on GoFundMe: Visit our GoFundMe page and donate the amount of your preferred career service ($250 for Power Hour or $100 for LinkedIn Strategy Audit).

  2. Email Proof of Donation: Send your donation receipt to uzoma@sheleadsbeautifully.com. Include the name of your preferred service in the subject line.

  3. Schedule Your Session:

    • For the Career Strategy Power Hour, you'll receive a link to schedule your 60-minute Zoom call. You will list your session goals in the intake form.

    • For the LinkedIn Strategy Audit, you’ll receive an intake form including an option for you to include your LinkedIn profile URL. Within 7 days, you'll receive a recorded video audit with detailed feedback and strategic recommendations.
